Shipping & Delivery Policy

Same Day Delivery: Order by 5:00 p.m. for same-day service! Sending flowers through 21 Flowers Florist is free of charge for orders within specified hours (00:00 to 17:00).

In case of flower unavailability, we ensure replacement with similar flowers of equal or greater value, maintaining the same aesthetics. We are not responsible for delays due to force majeure, such as extreme weather or major holidays (Valentine's Day, Mother's Day, etc.).

Intellectual Property

All content including images, graphics, photos, texts, and the overall appearance are the intellectual property of the Company and are protected by Greek and International law. Any reproduction without written consent is strictly prohibited.

Liability & Law
